WIC in Vermont
Fit WIC

Vermont Fit WIC is an initiative of the Vermont Department of Health WIC program that provides resources to help families with young children (birth to age five years) increase their physical activity and have fun.
The primary goal of Vermont Fit WIC is to increase the amount of time young children spend playing actively, and reduce the amount of time they spend being sedentary.
Most Fit WIC materials are family-based, and are designed to be used at home by parents and children together. Additionally, the project has developed resources for early childhood educators and care providers who work with young children in group settings.
